We understand plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy below.

Cancelling your order

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2–3 hours of placing them.
After 2–3 hours, cancellation is possible only with a 20% bank and payment processing charge on the total order amount.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in processing, shipped or delivered.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Any eligible cancellation amount is given as Peely store credit or a coupon.
Cash on Delivery orders: no payment is taken, so no refund is needed.

Cancellation by Peely

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if the delivery address is not serviceable. In such cases, prepaid orders are refunded in full.

COD refusal

Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery orders at the doorstep may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
